The Monster Diversity Leadership Programs (Monster DLP) is a success conference for diverse college students. We bring together 300 of the “best of the best” college students from a round the nation with our “best of the best” sponsors for an innovative high energy weekend of networking. Our students learn dynamic career building skills and we educate them on diversity awareness while they network with our sponsors. The Monster DLP acts as a unique recruiting vehicle for our sponsors by allowing them to get to these students in a way they could not do so otherwise.
